Birds Nest is located right in Downtown Saugatuck. Exit out of the back sliding doors and walk the grass to the right, you’ll find a stairway that is a convenient shortcut to street level right in town. Enjoy strolling Butler Street and hitting all the restaurants and shops this quaint town has to offer. From Saugatuck’s famous art galleries to locally roasted coffee, jam and jelly shops. There is no shortage of fabulous places to ignite the senses.

We love our furry friends however this home is not pet friendly due to the condo association rules and guidelines. If you are looking to vacation with your furry friend please contact us for a pet friendly home.  

Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December – May.

The fireplace is not operational and is for decorative use only.

The pool closes mid-September and reopens in May.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you will not need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do the following terms will apply. Please note there is a non-refundable credit card processing fee.

-100% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel within 30 days prior to check-in

-50% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel between 7 to 30 days prior to check-in

-No refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in

We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
