Members of the Upscale Lakeshore Hospitality Team work onsite in various vacation rentals preparing the properties for each guest while demonstrating a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Staging linens intentionally to give guests a sense of luxury staying at an Upscale Lakeshore Vacation Home. Working individually and in a team environment while utilizing time management skills to ensure standards can be met in limited time.

What You’ll Do
Cleaning, maintaining and preparing vacation homes to welcome guests
Creating spaces for guests to enjoy while ensuring the cleanliness of each vacation home meets company standards
Staging per the home requirements, replacing furniture and decor items to their dedicated spots, communicating with management if items are missing
Communicating the condition of the house, damaged items, and items that need attention
Stocking appropriate levels of guest amenities which include but not limited to bath soaps, dish tablets, garbage bags, basic cooking spices
Reviewing and taking inventory – communicating the stocked levels for cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials
Adhering to the damaged items and lost and found process
Ability to prioritize cleaning items that need to be cleaned for guests enjoyment
Cycling laundry while working on-site: any laundry that cannot be completed can be taken off-site with managers approval
Assisting in maintaining the same level of cleanliness to the outdoor items (communication is key with this responsibility is shared with property maintenance)
As a Hospitality Team Member you may be the selected “point person” for the day who will be in charge of communicating with hospitality manager and sending over completed inventory and walk through checklist at the end of your shift

Compensation
$17 – 21/hour
