4 in 1 Fun

Near our picturesque lakeside home, The Lookout, in Spring Lake, we have the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex. They have something fun for everyone. The complex is home to outdoor ice skating, cross country skiing, luging, and snowshoeing. All activities have great night time options too! Nothing says thrill like a giant slide. You can think of luging in a similar manner. Designed by olympians, the luge track is 1 of only 4 in the United States. You’ll be provided equipment and training before the best slide ride of your life. The complex’s ice skating is one of the best and unique in West Michigan with an ice skating trail through the forest. Cross Country Skiing is a staple activity in West Michigan, and the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex doesn’t exclude themselves from it. With 2 types of skiing from ice skiing, to classic cross country, you’ll be immersed in your own winter wonderland. Last but certainly not least, snowshoeing is also offered by the complex. Hiking is not just a summer activity especially with snowshoes. With 4 different trails ranging from easy to challenging and equipment rentals, you’re all set to begin your winter adventures. After your fun winter activities you can warm up by their bonfire with a warm and cozy cup of hot chocolate!

West Michigan is popular for its food. The winter doesn’t change that, but it enhances it with cozy and comforting menus set to make your winter wonderland vacation as memorable as possible. Warm up after a long wintry day and satisfy your winter tastebuds with a delicious meal and Michigan-made craft beverage from the lakeshore’s farmhouse cideries, breweries, and distillery tasting rooms.

You can be sure to treat yourself and find a local souvenir or two to bring home. During the winter, tree-lined streets adorned with sparkling lights will keep your spirits warm and bright.

Games

Towns across the lakeshore aren’t a stranger to entertainment. In South Haven, you’ll find Rocket Arcade, a place for adults to relive their childhood and for children to have fun. It’s a place for retro with games from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. In Holland you’ll find Lost City, a place where fun goes to live. With arcade games, mini golf, and laser tag, the fun will last for hours on end. Not only are there gaming centers in town, but the majority of our properties come with in house games and board games. You and the rest of your family and friends won’t be bored!
